- Conducted monthly interactive and engaging training sessions for 4 proprietary software applications for a Fortune 500 company using Microsoft LiveMeeting. Designed the training materials for these sessions.
- Conducted hundreds of instructor led training sessions for a variety of software applications ranging from the Microsoft Office suite to custom and proprietary software. Designed the training materials for these training sessions or used off the shelf materials.
